Adaptation methodology toolkit

In the Seven Smart Steps project, the Adaptation Methodology Toolkit has been developed and is available in several languages, allowing interested parties to learn about the Tanlet application, the innovative e-learning methodology and the project results. Our aim is to provide support to teachers and institutions who want to use the methodology and the app.

The Handbook for Mentor Training takes a practice-oriented approach to mentor training and provides a methodology for the whole adaptation process, as well as advice and suggestions for improvement for teachers.

The Manual can be used as a stand-alone tool, but can also be seen as a complement to the Methodological Adaptation Guide, as the latter presents in more detail the e-learning pedagogical methodology used and the project results achieved. The technical knowledge is supported by the Teacher and Learner User Guide.

The handbook describes the Seven Smart Steps project experiences and principles gathered in the Seven Mentors Project, as well as methodological suggestions for users.

It aims to provide support to teachers and institutions who wish to use the methodology and the app. It takes a practice-oriented approach to help design and implement the development process and implementation of the methodology, including a general introduction and advice, subject-specific development suggestions for the production of educational content.
